VERMEER RAKE 1224 V1.0 FS17

here is the Vermeer Rake.

model/textures/ingame- xyzspain (fs13)
killerrf = convert to fs15 – redid the components and redid xml for fs15, new dirt maps made
killerrf = convert to fs17 – added some fs17 particles to rake and rake is now a tedder and windrower all in one pass.
