Advantages & special features of the M32L-AS
The Magirus M32L-AS articulated turntable ladder with innovative, patent-pending Magirus single extension system enables the top section of the ladder to be extended first – followed by all other ladder sections. The improved weight distribution between the axles, the relief of the rear axle and a fundamental reduction of the overall weight enable more payload for more fire-fighting equipment. In addition, the Magirus M32L-AS has more outreach by reducing the weight at the top of the ladder at 32 m operating height and 4.7 m articulated arm without telescope in the articulated arm. Other special features are the increased water capacity of up to 2,500 l thanks to the new water feed-through and faster set-up times. All the advantages of Magirus turntable ladder technology also apply to this new type of turntable ladder.
