Added sounds for starting/stopping refueling
Removed unnecessary functionality (refueling no more stops when player leave trigger or enter vehicle)
Cleaned and improved code

Thanks to this modification you can refuel your machine only when you are outside and near to it.
It also remove original bug when refill action is still showing even when your source tank is empty or machine/vehicle you filling is fully loaded.
