With this mod, Bulgarian license plates will be loaded on any map, and Cyrillic font as well.
Types of license plates:

– License plates M(M) MMMMMMM blue “EU strip” and Bulgarian flag (one-line and two-line) 2001—2007;
– License plates M(M) MMMMMMM blue “EU strip” and European flag (one-line and two-line) since 2007;
License plate code used letters common to both the Latin and Cyrillic alphabets, irrespective of whether they have the same phonetic value or not: А, В, Е, К, М, Н, О, Р, С, Т, У, Х.
