Conversion of Bourgault pack from farming simulator 19.

The larger drill is horribly broken and have not had time to fix it yet, both air carts work with smaller drill (both versions) air hoses with the larger cart are a bit wonky due to there only being one attachment node on the smaller drill and the cart uses 2 (may fix in future). May also add physical seed meters to the Air Planter as well
With all of the new large maps coming out there was large need for large seeders so I decided to convert this myself as I enjoyed using the Bourgault pack in fs19. if you happen to find any issues I missed please message me and I will see what I can do to fix it.
Fixed folding issues, fixed missing lights, fixed missing wheels, changed wheel configurations and dual wheel spacer type. no errors in log
