Reconstruction of the MW Placeable Hof Pack.

Changelog:
– Kuhstall to muck out (Mist spawnt in the stable itself)
– some floating objects removed or placed appropriately
– Bulk material shelter now has light that turns on in the evening
– further minor adjustments and changes

I recommend the Hot Manure mod so the crap verteielt!
