This is the Giants Pickup TT with a stronger engine, upgraded suspension, and a 5th wheel ball hitch. It is moreRealistic mod ready with included xml file. I uploaded this to Giants modhub but they rejected it because it was too similar to vanilla game so uploading here in case anyone wants to use it.
